I stayed in a hotel that was conveniently near a big shopping centre, which was perfect for my family. the room had a comfortable bed and a kitchenette, though I do prefer my cups clean, thank you very much. I was excited about breakfast, but I had a bit of trouble with the air-conditioning. the checkout guy was quite helpful, but I didn’t expect cleanliness to feel like a game of hide and seek. Good thing I don't have high expectations, eh?

All in all great value. Good hot breakfast with the choise, excellent co-operating employees. Early check in and smooth check out.

Location - comfortable and excellent very close to shopping centre and dining, the huge Westfield Garden City and public transport and Westfield shopping center and many more restaurants in the corner of Pacific highway. Hot and absolutely fantastic breakfast with the choise and EFFICIENT staff.

I stayed in a superior queen room that had a really comfortable bed. the breakfast here was excellent and a great way to start the day, with lots of choices available. 🍳.

My son enjoyed the elevators but I enjoyed the peace there was no rowdy people staying there probably due to 24 hr staff we were very comfortable and slept well. The laundry facilities were a plus as had smelly futsal clothes to wash aand manged this in 1 hour. The staff were very approachable and friendly, very family oriented. I will be more than happy to stay there again and let my friends know.

The hotel waas very peaceful and proffessional and made staying there comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean aand fresh. All services were available and we were able to wind dowwn between ffutsaal games with ccomfort. The staff were very frienddly and helpful as well as down to earth. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I had a fabulous short stay for two nights, and it was great value. I truly enjoyed the hotel. the room was a nice size and well-appointed, featuring useful amenities like a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. the venue is centrally located, making it convenient to access shops, bars, and restaurants.

I chose the hotel because of its' location... Close to the event I had to attend... From that point of view is was well located and close to a major local shopping centre and restaurants.The room was comfortable... So was the bed which I think is very important.Staff were very friendly and attentive.

I had no major problems... It delivered what I expected.

I really liked this stylish new hotel and would definitely recommend it. Our room was nice and cozy. the bar downstairs was comfortable and the prices were reasonable. 🍹.

Short stroll to the shopping mall which is why I chose Travelodge Garden City. The hotel is clean, neat, and just suit me as a tourist (shopper), and my husband on his business trip. It's a few minutes trip to Sunnybank where we go for excellent asian meals. Overall, staying at Travelodge was convenient and a real value for money.

Just one of the elevators that was slow and door get stuck ( not for too long).

Location and calmness in the surroundings

It would have been better if hotel staff know about the surrounding places too. i came on sunday evening and wanted to know where can i get public transport to nearest restaurants. Though there were few busbay/busstops near by, one of the receptionist couldn't guide me with details. It would be better if staff knows little about the places to help new people of city

Cheap room, fairly clean and ideal place, thorough staff. Great value, taking into account other Upper Mount Gravatt's options. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control and complimentary WiFi. Absolutely fantastic and very good breakfast with plenty of food. Excellent customer service provided. Great internet, parking on site.
